This work began at home in Eastern Ontario—not in a factory.

When my youngest child experienced extreme skin sensitivity as an infant, I started questioning conventional products and looking instead to traditional approaches: herbs, simple salves, and uncomplicated formulations that generations relied on long before modern additives became the norm. When store-bought options failed us, I began formulating my own.

What started as a practical solution became a long-term practice.

Five years later, the soaps, balms, and lotions we create are used daily in our own home. They’ve replaced nearly all commercial body and household products—not out of trend, but out of trust. I trust fewer ingredients. I trust small batches. I trust knowing exactly what goes into the products we use on our skin and in our space.
